The program on this disk is SERPAR.EXE and iw written in Visual Basic.
For information open one of the serpar files with the appropriate extension.
.wri is Windows Write document and contains a graphic. The .wp6 document is 
written on Word Perfect for Windows 6.2 and also contains a graphic.
The .txt version has not graphics and can be read from dos, using 'type' or
any text editor.
