Time Trakker v1.3 (7/16/95)
=================

	Time Trakker is a Windows program to keep track the number of minutes that
	you are inside an application.  This program was written in Visual Basic
	3.0, so you need to have the file VBRUN300.DLL in your \windows\system
	directory.  There are 3 files included in this ZIP file.
		- ttrakker.exe: This is the Windows executable that can be run from anywhere.
		- ttrakker.txt: The file you are reading now.
		- file_id.diz : A description of the ZIP file.
		
	Once executed in Windows, ttrakker.exe will create 2 files. Both files will
	be created in the same directory "ttrakker.exe" is executed from.
	
		- ttrakker.cfg: This is also called your "config file", which keeps 
		  track of the program you are running, and the amount of time so far.
		- trak-XXX.log: This is a file that shows the date and time when
		  entering and exiting the program you are running. The "XXX" will be
		  the number.  For example, say you run the "ttrakker.exe" on 6/22 
		  (June 22nd) the log file name will be "trak-jun.log".

	When you enter an executable file to run, it is saved off in the "ttrakker.cfg"
	file. When you run "ttrakker.exe" again, and select a different file to run, the
	program will ask you if you want to overwrite the config file (ttrakker.cfg)
	or not.  If you choose "yes" your old data will be lost.

	The 1st time you run it, it will ask you for the day number of your billing
	cycle.  If you do not know it, just put "1".  For example, on AOL my day number
	is the 17th.  So the 1st time I run it after the 17th, it will ask me if I want 
	to reset the minutes value in the "ttakker.cfg" file.

    Here is the file format of "ttrakker.cfg".  It is a flat ASCII file, and can
    be edited.  (for example:  "7  17  44  c:\windows\aol25\waol.exe")
    
    In this example:   
    
    7  is the next month value
    17 is the day number
    44 is the Minute counter 	
    c:\windows\aol25\waol.exe is the program "ttrakker" will run. 
    

    
Buttons on the Form

	Go!   - Hit this when you have selected a file to execute.
	Exit  - To exit program.
	Clear - Reset configuration file. (ttrakker.cfg)  Be carefull, all data will
	        be lost.

	This program was called "stopwatch" but I renamed it because of all the other
	utilities with the same name.
