	WINALARM 	-  A Windows Alarm Program   Version 1.2b  6 Jul 95

	This program works like an alarm clock with an unlimited number
	of alarms.  To set up alarms, click once on the control box (the
	hyphen in the upper-left corner of the form) or click once on the
	program icon if it has been minimized.  Or, to use the keyboard,
	press alt+spacebar.  You will notice that 3 menu items, "About...",
	"Help", "Options" and "Edit/Add Alarms" have been added to the usual
	menu.  Selecting "Edit" will bring up the alarm setup screen.  You
	can enter a message for each alarm.  Using "Options" you can select
	whether the alarm window appears iconized or as a normal window
	when the alarm occurs.  When it is not iconized your message will
	appear on your screen in a bright red box.  Select "Help" or press F1
	while any WinAlarm screen is visible to get help.
	
	WINALARM is distributed as shareware.  If you like the program you
	should register it. The cost is only $5.  This price will remain
	in effect for at least 1 year.

	If you have registered a recent version of another program I have 
	written, you may find that the registration code for that program 
	works for WinAlarm, in which case you are not required to register
	WinAlarm.

	Registered users will receive a code number which will eliminate
	the opening screen delay and will allow an un-limited number of
	alarms.  (The number of alarms in the un-registered version is 
	limited to 5.) 
	
	This program may be freely distributed in the original zipped format.

	To install WINALARM, copy WINALARM.EXE and WINALARM.HLP to any
	subdirectory from which you wish to execute it.  If you do not
	already have VBRUN300.DLL, it must be copied to your WINDOWS\SYSTEM
	directory.  The files THREED.VBX, CMDIALOG.VBX and MSGBLAST.VBX are
	also required and can be placed either in the same directory with
	WINALARM.EXE or in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  If these files are
	already in your Windows or Windows system directory, you may not need
	the files I am supplying.

	For help select "Help" from WinAlarm's system menu or press F1 from
	any WinAlarm window.

	To register, send the required fee to the address below, indicating
	the program you are registering.  For your convenience, a registry
	form (register.txt) is included.  Please type or print your information
	clearly.
