RTOWIN.TXT


     The "Windows" version of Rand's Tournament Organizer is
currently under development.  Rand Smith welcomes your
suggestions regarding the design and content of this future
product.  RTOWIN will contain, of course, all the features
of Rand's Tournament Organizer but will also be written
utilizing the familiar "Windows" interface.

     Whether you are a registered user of the DOS version of
RTO or not, Rand Smith needs your input to create a truly
capable "Windows" golf tournament organizer.  Over the past
few years, users of Rand's Tournament Organizer have
contributed valuable suggestions toward the design of the RTO
System.  The tie-breaking, flighting and scoring types are
just some of the features that have resulted from RTO user's
suggestions.  Please keep it up.  Your help is most
appreciated!

     If you have a new idea, an ongoing complaint, or just a
general suggestion, please contact Rand Smith (The file
RTO.DOC will show you the easiest way to do this.) and
describe your ideas.  Anyone suggesting an original idea that
is used in the new "Windows" system will receive a
significant reduction in their purchase price for the
"Windows" system.
