Installation Notes:

You MUST have a licensed copy of Paint Shop Pro 3.11 currently instaled
on your computer to use this upgrade patch. 

To upgrade simply extract all the files into your Paint Shop Pro
directory and type "UPGRADE"

If after the upgrade you get a message saying "CTL3D32.DLL is not 
properly installed", you will need to copy the correct CTL3D32.DLL from
the Paint Shop Pro installation directory into Windows' system directory.
If you are running Windows NT, the correct file name is CTL3D32.NT_; for
any other operating system the file name is CTL3D32.DL_. For example,
if you are running Windows NT, the proper command would be similar to:

   COPY C:\PSP\CTL3D32.NT_ C:\WINNT35\SYSTEM32\CTL3D32.DLL

Or, if you are running Windows 95, the command might look like:

   COPY C:\PSP\CTL3D32.DL_ C:\WIN95\SYSTEM\CTL3D32.DLL
