GLACI-HTTPD Version 1.05 ORDERING INFORMATION

COMMERCIAL LICENSE COST
-----------------------
The cost of a single server license is $295 dollars U.S.  You must buy
a license for every server on which you run GLACI-HTTPD.  Discounts for
multiple server licenses are shown in the table below.

Note that prices are UNIT prices.  If you are planning to run the
production version of GLACI-HTTPD on 25 NetWare servers, then you
must multiply the unit price $150 by 25 to get your total license
cost of $3750.


EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNT (%20)

Educational institutions qualify for a twenty percent (20%) discount on 
the above prices.

FILLING OUT THE ORDER FORM
--------------------------
Make a printout of the ORDRFORM.TXT file.

Supply the company name, the name of a person we may contact if
necessary, and a phone number where they can be reached.  You may also
include a fax machine number and an email address if you have one.

Next, fill in your shipping address.  Fill in the billing address
only if it is different than the shipping address.

We can ship you the GLACI-HTTPD software on either a 3.5 inch floppy
or a 5.25 inch floppy.  Check the appropriate box to indicate the
type of floppy disk you prefer.

Next fill in the number of servers on which you plan to run GLACI-HTTPD.
In the field just to the right of that, fill in the discounted unit
price from the appropriate table above.  Multiply the number of servers
by the unit price to get your license cost.

Next, fill in your shipping cost.  If you are ordering from within the
United States, write down $4.00 for shipping and handling.  If you are
ordering from outside the United States, write $10.00 for shipping and
handling.

Finally, add the total license cost and the shipping cost to get your 
total cost.  Write this number in the final blank.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS
------------------
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.  Simply include
your card number, expiration date, and the name of the card holder
exactly as it appears on the card.

PURCHASE ORDERS
---------------
We will also accept purchase orders from businesses and universities.  
You can fax your purchase order to +414-475-7388, or you can mail
the order to the postal address listed above.  We appreciate it if
you follow up a fax P.O. by mailing an actual copy of it to the above
postal address, or at least send us some email to httpd-orders@glaci.com 
with the basic order information and P.O. number.  We can then verify
that your order was correctly received.  We would hate to lose or delay
an order simply because our fax machine garbled the message.  The terms
of the purchase order should be NET-30.  An invoice will be included
with your GLACI-HTTPD package, full payment is due 30 days after the 
software ships.
