SOLUTION: 

For NetWare 4.10 apply the CLIB.NLM v4.10, revision F, contained in the 4.x
subdirectory.
 For NetWare 3.1x apply the CLIB.NLM v3.12, revision J, contained in the 3.x
subdirectory.

Installation Instructions:

This Server Library Update comes with an installation utility that will install
the appropriate version of the NetWare 3.x and 4.x NLM programs into the
SYS:SYSTEM directory of one or more servers.

 To run the installation utility, type INSTALL.

 For additional information on the installation utility, see the INSTALL.DOC
file.
