CSF disk images (3.5 inch) for ALL WARP and newer 2.11 FixPaks

Corrective Service Facility (CSF) 3.5 inch disk images for use
with all Warp Fixpaks, 2.11 Fixpak XR_A096 and all 2.11 Fixpaks
XR_Bnnn.

The images are in LOADDSKF format and require LOADDSKF.EXE to create
real diskettes.

Create TWO 'kicker' diskettes from this and keep for the Fixpaks.

    WKICKR.ZIP        *  Contains CSFBOOT.1DK and CSFBOOT.2DK and a
                         README.1ST file. Follow the instructions in
                         in this file for creating the diskettes.

Version 1.2 corrects a problem running SERVICE with LAN 4.0
