        EASY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR FONTSAMPLER v1.0

Follow these simple instructions to install FontSampler into your
Windows environment.

(If you already have a copy of the file VBRUN300.DLL in your 
WINDOWS/SYSTEM subdirectory, skip Step 1.)

1.   Change to the subdirectory containing your FontSampler files 
     (the default is C:\FONTSAMP).  Type

     SETUP

     to copy the VBRUN300.DLL file to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.  If your
     Windows files are located elsewhere, you will need to copy the
     VBRUN300.DLL file there manually.

1.   Load Windows.

2.   In the Program Manager, click once on the title bar of the 
     group (for example, Main) in which you wish to install 
     FontSampler.

3.   Click on the Program Manager "File" menu, then select "New."
     Then click on "Program Item" and click on "OK."

4.   Now click on "Browse", then double-click on the "C:\" folder.
     Use thescroll bars to scroll down to the FONTSAMP subdirectory.  
     Double-click on it, then double-click on FONTSAMP.EXE.  Then 
     click on "OK".

5.   A FontSampler icon will appear in the program group.

6.   To load and use FontSampler, double click on its icon.
