***** System Requirements:

* IBM-compatible PC, 386 or higher processor.
* Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher.
* Math-coprocessor required for real-time demonstration.
* VGA or higher graphics.
* Mouse recommended, but not required.

***** Installation Instructions:

If you have obtained lwwsea.exe (a self-extracting
executable file), copy lwwsea.exe to any directory on
your hard disk and run it to decompress its contents. 

- OR -

If you have obtained all the files on a floppy disk, 
copy all the files to any directory on your hard drive, or 
run the program (lorenzww.exe) directly from a floppy.

In either case, the only requirement is for lorenzww.exe
and lorenzww.hlp to be located in the same directory.

See Troubleshooting below for information on ctl3dv2.dll.

***** Instructions:

Run lorenzww.exe by selecting File | Run in Windows Program
Manager or set up an icon in Program Manager for lorenzww.exe.

A complete set of instructions is included in the on-line,
context-sensitive HELP file lorenzww.hlp.  Start the program 
and press the Red Cross toolbar button or press F1 at any time
to access HELP.

***** Sample Files:

Sample files chaos8.lww and chaos17.lww are included on this disk.
You can load them using File|Open and then start the wheel
using Wheel|Go, or use the corresponding toolbar buttons.

***** Troubleshooting:

If you receive errors regarding ctl3dv2.dll, copy this file
(located in the ctl3d directory that came with this program) 
into your Windows system directory, typically c:\windows\system, 
and restart Windows.  If you don't receive these errors, you may
safely delect the ctl3d directory and ctl3dv2.dll from the
directory where you have installed Lorenzian Water Wheel.
Do not delete ctl3dv2.dll from c:\windows\system.

The Bucket Water Level gauges will run off the bottom of your
application's window if you are using a Windows video driver
with a "Large Fonts" option.  Switch your video driver to
"small fonts" and restart Windows to correct this.
