License Agreement

Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license
agreement and warranty.

One copy of Console may be used by a single person who uses the
software personally on one or more computers at their home.  For corporate
use or installation at a business or network you must pay the corporate
registration fee.

For personal use:
If you register, you will receive any updates to the program free.  MDMA
Software will also try and create tutorials for your use with this product.
You will also receive a free Beta copy of TRAINER.EXE, a 9021 service console
simulation product, which currently supports IBM and Hitachi 9021 class
processors.

For Corporate use:
You must register.  A registered version of this product can be used on as
many workstations or networks as your company has.  You are also entitled to
the benefits listed under personal use.  The tutorials offered in the personal
section only apply to the standard scripts already available, e.g.
POR for HDS or IBM processor.  ICRF, memory and weight settings.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments into
which Console may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 10
days.  If you use this software after the 10 day evaluation period
a registration fee of $29 is required for personal use, and
$199 for corporate use.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a
US bank, and should be sent to MDMA Software, 5410 Highberry Woods Road,
Midlothian, VA 23112-6390.  Credit card ordering is not currently available.
When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the latest
version of Console.

Unregistered use of Csonole after the 10-day evaluation period is
in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
