ECOSrce.txt

This is a dummy line file for demonstration (only) of Phase I.

If you were to download a new ECO, NIC, or other "opening line" file,
you would prepare it for use with an initial execution of Phase I.
If you are not importing a new ECO, etc. code file, there is no reason
to run Phase I.

With normal installation, you can skip immediately to Phase II. See the
ReadMeEC.txt file for full instructions.
