WHAT'S NEW IN HP-GL/2 SUPPORT IN SPLOT FOR WINDOWS V2.31

   * SPLOT now supports the UL (User-Defined Line Type)
     instruction.
   * Completed full support of LT instruction: added line type
     residue restoring after CI,EA,ER,EW,EP,FP,RA,RR and WG 
     instructions and added support of LT99 (restore previous
     line type).
   * Corrected error in absolute line type mode setting 
     in LT (Line Type) instruction.
