Remove Deleted Records

 Restrictions: Sysops only (level 255). Requires exclusive use.
 
 Selecting this command will remove all records from the database that
 have been marked for deletion and will squeeze the database down to
 the minimum size required to store all of the un-deleted records.
 
 Known as "packing" the database, this is an operation that needs to
 be periodically performed in order to minimize disk space usage. This
 operation will also automatically rebuild all of the database indices.
