Everything above this line is what a message looks like. The first part
contains the DESCRIPTION. Please note that when viewing this from DOS,
like Qedit, it will look formatted. If viewed with WINDOWS NOTEPAD, it
will appear to be on one line with control characters being displayed
instead of the RETURNS. The "|" character marks the END of the description.
It will NOT be displayed from the program, but MUST exist in the file.
Next line contains the person whom wrote the item, followed by the
short item name, the price and the date it was written. Note that
changing the date it was written will NOT change the order they are
displayed in, use the edit function to change that.
