Gold'N Years Retirement Funds Analysis Maristream, Inc.; 2015 Franklin; N. Little Rock, AR 72114 Changes for Version 3 (5/6/96): 1) Added Alt-function keys to print different sections of the spreadsheet, including AF5 - Data Entry, AF6 - Resulting Payouts, AF7 - Yearly Payouts with COLA, AF8 - Yearly Contribution Breakdowns, and AF1 - combination of AF5, AF6, and AF7. 2) Added Yearly Payouts with COLA using the individual historical returns of the funds to show the payouts when the resulting retirement balances are left to grow in the funds instead of moved to a fixed-return account. (The Yearly Payouts with COLA at a fixed percent return is still there.) 3) Added retirement dollars to baseline dollars inflation conversion factor so you can do your own dollars conversion calculations. Multiply the amount at retirement by the factor to get the equivalent amount at the baseline year. (Divide the amount at the baseline year by the factor to get the amount at retirement needed to match that baseline amount.) The conversion factor was also added for each of the retirement payout years (to the right of the Yearly Payouts with COLA amounts). Changes for Version 2 (4/15/96): 1) Combined primary data entry values and results summary into one screen, to see a quick overview of the changes and their effects without having to page between screens to make the changes and view the results. 2) Added a Help screen (F1) giving a brief overview of the data entry tasks and other functions, keypress actions, and the print range descriptions (which were also added to the readme file). 3) Added function keys to jump to different sections of the spreadsheet, including F5 - Data Entry, F6 - Resulting Payouts, F7 - Yearly Payouts with COLA, and F8 - Yearly Contribution Breakdowns. 4) Eliminated the extra space at the end of the spreadsheet to keep from paging down past the bottom-most entries in the spreadsheet. 5) Added several auxilliary files for the shareware bundle, including the license and the file_id.diz program description file. 6) Added the notes from my seminar about investing in mutual funds for retirement, with facts about the stock market and its ups and downs. >> Note: The data files (.WKB) are not compatible between versions 1 and 2, so, don't try to use version 1 data files with this release.
