TO INSTALL:   
   
This version of HVS Color is a demonstration version of a plugin for 
Adobe Photoshop 3.0 or later running on Windows 95 or NT. You can 
install it by copying the files HVSCDEMO.8BE and HVSCOLOR.HLP 
to your Photoshop plugins directory (for example, 
C:\PHOTOSHP\PLUGINS). When you restart Photoshop, open a file 
in RGB format and you should see "HVS Color..." as a menu choice on 
the File/Export menu.  
 
This plugin performs high-quality color reduction from 24 to 8 bits, 
producing images that look better and generate smaller GIF files 
because no dithering is used. The demo version places a watermark in 
and crops each output image.  Commercial versions are available for 
Windows 95/NT, Macintosh Photoshop and Macintosh Debabelizer. To
