This  program  is  compressed  with  the  AR  freeware  utility.  AR is not
compatible  with  PKZIP but achieves almost  the same compression rate. The
window install program will decompress this program automatically.


                    FOR USERS WITHOUT WINDOWS 3.1 OR 95
                    -----------------------------------

1. Make a directory on your hard drive called OIL.
(at the C:\ prompt type MD OIL)

2. Copy  the OIL.AR and AR.EXE file to the OIL directory on your hard
drive.
         (copy oil.ar c:\oil)
         (copy ar.exe c:\oil)

3. Change to the OIL directory and type: AR X OIL.AR

                             

This will decompress the program manually. To start the program type OIL.


The DOS based AR.EXE is included in this package.
