ANNOUNCE: Personal Stock Monitor v1.0

SYNOPSIS: Enter any stocks you own or want to watch just once,
          then let PSM do the work of getting updated prices
          at intervals you set.  PSM can automatically alert
          you when the stock price reaches a high or low
          target price.
