Installation:  Copy air file to pilots subdirectory of FS5x and other 
files to texture subdirectory.  FSFS required.

This is a repaint of the original Varig MD11 and previous American Airlines
MD11.

Thanks to Pat Zoffreo for sending me a beautiful photograph of an Alitalia
MD11 in flight from which I based my work.

Restrictions:  These files are freeware. Under no circumstances may these
