CB PowerTools 0.1

Here is a package of utilities I've written to work with ChessBase
data files. All of these are WIN32 command line tools, so you need to
be running under Windows 95 or NT to use them.

CBCOUNT 0.2 - Produces list of players most-represented in a database.

ELOSTAT 0.1 - Produces a table showing win/draw/lose statistics as a
function of difference in rating.

CBEXPORT 0.3 - Export games based on
a variety of criteria, name, ECO, year, result, etc.

CBNORMAL 0.3 - Normalize game spelling, puncuation, user-defined
substitutions, etc.

FIXELO 0.1 - Fixes games with false ratings due to an integer
underflow trap in ChessBase. 

CBSORT 0.1a - Sort database by user-defined combination of name, source, 
year, etc.

CBSPLIT 0.2 - Split a large database into user-defined pieces 

CBSTRIP 0.3 - Strip fields from games, remove deleted games, annotations,
etc.

CBDEDUPE 0.2 - Very fast way to remove duplicate games

ECOSTAT 0.3 - Performace statistics based on ECO code

CBCHKSUM 0.2 - Fix "Alien Data" errors

CBDIFF 0.2 - Creates file of all games from one database which are not
in a 2nd

CBRATE 0.1 - Add Elo rating information to games in a database based on
player and year
