FleetStreet 1.16 fix pack

This archive containes bug fixes for FleetStreet 1.16.

To apply the fixes, do the following:

1. Extract the archive to your FleetStreet program directory

List of fixes:

* Empty user name when using the Squish tosser.
* Possible crash after starting FS (sounds vague? Well, the bug is more
  difficult to explain than to fix).
* Incorrect error message when switching tossers.
