THE SHAREWARE CONCEPT

  Shareware is software which the authors make available on a
  try-before-you-buy basis. Users are required to pay for the
  product by registering it, if they find it useful and intend
  to use it on a regular basis.

  Copying of Shareware is not only allowed, it is encouraged.
  Pass copies on to interested friends and colleagues.
  Shareware authors rely on making the registered version very
  attractive to people who continue to use the product on a
  regular basis. This is done by offering extra features,
  manuals, support, removal of reminders/limits etc. for those
  who pay the registration fee.

  TOPline Software uses the following 2 general principles
  with regard to the shareware concept:

    - The unregistered version enables TOTAL evaluation of the
      capabilities of the program. Therefore there are no nasty
      surprises in the registered version.

    - At the same time, through very carefully considered
      limitations, the program cannot be used indefinitely for
      its designed purpose. Once a user is satisfied that the
      program will be suitable, registration is necessary to
      enable long term use. Re-installing does not change this.
