		    WebMaker version 4.0

                   I. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS


Software product  WebMaker runs on IBM PC AT 486 and 

Pentium and compatible  with   Windows  95,  at least 512Kb

of free memory, a hard disk with 2 Mb free space, and a graphics 

adapter and  compatible  monitor ( VGA, SVGA ).  Greater
                                                                                             
performance  is available from  an integrated disk cache with

                  II.  PURCHASE AGREEMENT

      With purchase of this product, Customer  take obliga-

tion to follow next agreement :

   I.          Author  do not  held or keep  any

responsibility or liability connected with damages or losses

of Any Kind, which may occur in result of using this software.

  II. WITH this  PRODUCT  or  ANY PART  of IT, including :

          a. subprograms or subroutines or functions;

          b. source  code,   obtained   any   how,   including

             debugging;

          c. algorithm provision & design concept,

       NEXT USAGE, such as :

       a. Unathorized coping;

       b. Using in development or as part of another software;

          Enchancement or modificating or upgrading of any kind;

          Porting to another platforms or systems, including

          networks;

          Translating to another programming languages of all

          levels or generations;

       c. Using  for  commercial  purposes  or  in  scientific

          research or any how Without reference to the author,

       STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

     This software  ("Software")  is  a   proprietary

     product of author Volf McLean  and  is  protected  by

     copyright   law   and  international treaty.
