     TWISTN.MOV - a QuickTime movie of a Twisting "N"
     with sound.

     This movie was created on a Macintosh using 
     Avid VideoShop 3.0 and then moved to a PC floppy
     using PC Exchange.

     If this movie runs in a jerky fashion on your PC
     it is because your hard disk is fragmented
     (i.e. the movie isn't stored in a contiguous fashion
     on your disk but instead is in pieces.  This is invisible 
     to you but becomes noticeable if you use data which must
     be contiguous, like video, because the hardware is too slow.)
