Notes about this version:
I haven't had time for implementing the /server command, and you can only connect to one IRC server at a time. I will do something about that ASAP.
As for the quicklist, it's unfortunately not ready either, I have removed it in this version, and I'll wait with putting it in until it's complete. You still have a few options - instead of quicklists, you can create your own toolbar buttons with the action "Open URL" and the URL as parameters, they will hold the fort until I'm ready with the real quicklist.
