VBRUN300.DLL is the runtime module required by many
shareware and commercial applications.  In most
cases, users who have downloaded several different
applications probably already have the file installed
on their hard disk.  Authors leave it out of the zip
file because of this reason.  It saves the user who
downloads a lot of material time and money.

VBRUN100.DLL, VBRUN200.DLL, and VBRUN300.DLL
can be found with Library 0 which is called
"Necessary Goodies".
