Changes in V3.01	March 1995

1) Insert,Delete,PageUP,PageDown,+ and - keys as well as 
arrow keys are now active in the Section and Parameter panels.

2) The banner screen has been calibrated to be more consistent 
in display time on different processors.

3) The restriction that Windows had to be installed on drive C: has
been removed.  The program reads the "windir" environment variable or
looks in the EXEcutable's directory.

4) Tips and Tricks are available.

5) Hints now have a bubble appearance.

6) Win '95 status bar on full file search screen.

7) Ability to interrupt/cancel the full file search.

8) Numerous smaller enhancements have been made to improve the programs
robustness and performance.
