Tired of waiting for Windows to finish loading all those programs 
in your startup folder while your hard drive grinds itself to dust?  
I got tired of waiting and wrote this little program.  Like its name 
implies, it runs any program you want, but only runs it once per day.  
Why would you run a program only once per day?  It depends on the 
program and how you use it.  I found that I only needed to run my 
PIM ( to check for appointments first thing each day )  and my 
eMail program only once.  You might also want to run a virus check 
once per day or a backup.  It couldn't be any faster or easier.

There are many other slideshow programs.  I wrote this one 
because I wanted my Windows desktop wallpaper to be the slideshow.  
Thats right, you can run this program, point it at any directory 
containing BMP pictures, and watch your desktop come alive!  Don't 
stare at the same boring desktop anymore.  Scan pictures of your 
kids, your pets, etc.  You can set how long each picture is 
displayed, from one second to one hour.  The program will also 
display pictures in a small thumnail or in a separate window if 
you don't want them to go to the desktop.

Are you on a LAN?  If so, then this program is for you!  
Secretly run this program on your friends machine.  
He won't be able to see it running, there 
is no icon or window while it is running.  Then go to your machine 
and run the control program.  Now you're in control.  Want to run a 
program, any program on his harddrive, any time you want?  I put it 
on a friends PC and ran solitaire just when his boss stepped in to 
talk to him (his boss was in on the joke).  You should have seen his 
face! Display a message box anytime you want, and YOU get to type 
the message.  Reverse his mouse buttons?  Sure, why not.  Many other 
features not listed.   Just hope he doesn't get this program before you do.

Quick Start :

   Every dialog and option in MNFind is documented in detail in the 
   online help.  This Quick Start is to get you started with 
   minimal fuss.  For detailed help, just click the 'Help' button 
   on any dialog.  

   1) Run MNFind.
   2) In the 'Search Set' listbox -
         click once on the entry 'Windows Ini Files'.
   3) In the 'What to Report' area -
	 click on the 'Files containing string' radio button.  
   4) In the 'What to search for' edit box - 
	 type '386' (without the quotes).
   5) Click the 'Search' button.
   --------- Thats it, you have run your first search! ----------
   What now?
   You should be looking at the Files containing string '386' dialog.
   You might see several files listed in the listbox.  One of these
   is hopefully the file 'System.Ini'.  Click on that entry once and
   then click on the 'Show/Hide' button.  You can also just double 
   click on the entry to perform the 'Show/Hide' function.  You 
   should now see a list of all the lines in the system.ini file 
   that contain the text '386'.  Once you have found a line of text 
   that you wanted, you might then want to view/edit that file to 
   see other lines or be able to cut and paste the line.  Just click
   once on the filename and then click the 'Edit File' button, or 
   just double click any line of text under the filename line.
