Template Library:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

	Template Library is a storage  utility of frequently
	used Text. Template Library can Import, Export, Copy
        and  Paste  Text from  most  windows  programs, like 
        NotePad, Write, Word, V-Basic etc. 
	Template is a  windows 3.xx application and will not
	work unter win95.

	Template.hlp	The Help File
	Register.txt	Registration Form
	

In the Windows Directory
-----------------------
	TEMPLATE.INI    the  program  will  write  this file  after
			you exit Template Library the first time.
		     
In the System Directory
-----------------------
	VBRUN300.DLL  Template.EXE is a program  WRITEN in V-Basic 
		      and therefor neets VBRUN300.dll as a runtime 
		      library.  If you don't  have this DLL, it is 
		      available from most online systems and  Shar-   
		      ware distribitors. It should be installed in
		      your windows - system directory.

Registration:
-------------
		Registered  users will  get the  latest version of
		Template Library, if and when it becomes available

	Anybody may freely redistribute Template Library, provided
	all files are included and not modified or changed.
