regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of The Zoo:

    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
    donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing
    the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or
    otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception:
--> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals
--> are permitted to redistribute The Zoo, subject to the conditions 
--> in this license, without specific written permission.

                         Suggested Description

The Zoo is a Mini-Shell.  It co-exist with Windows File Manager and provides
a easy to use tab-oriented program launching tool.  Each tab contains a
Window for setting up individual programs and documents.  Highly customizable
and attractive.  Assign graphics to backgrounds, drag & drop from File Manager,
set background colors, monitor system resources.  Written by the same programmer
who designed the award winning Space Hound and Peeper disk utilities.

Requirements:  Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups.  No other programs
               are required.  

Registration:  $29.95 + $2 shipping/Handling ($4 International) to receive
               a disk with latest version.
