all new data network across the United States known as CONNECT-USA!!

These "direct connect" systems will be accessable via a local phone call to
CONNECT-USA members. This means that you dial a local access number, type in
some account information and the name of one of the above BBS's, and you
will be charged $3.00 per hour while online. The $3.00 per hour charge does
not include any access fees for any of the BBS's above. If you already call
any of these systems using a regular long distance carrier, the savings can
be tremendous. The $3.00 per hour charge is available 24 hours per day, 7
days a week. No more waiting till after 11pm to get good long distance
rates.

CONNECT-USA access numbers are at a minimum of 2400 bps, and 9600 V.32/V.42
service will be implemented during 1991. Most access numbers are also MNP
capable, so line noise is not a problem. There will be no increase in price
for 9600 service.

Transfer rates vary between 220CPS and 235CPS on most file transfers.

THESE RATES ARE 24 HOUR PER DAY RATES!  There is no such thing as "prime
time" and "leisure time" with CONNECT-USA!!  There are also NO Character
charges or "telco" charges associated with the use of CONNECT-USA!!

During the initial "startup" period, the signup fee for CONNECT-USA will be
$10.00.  After the "startup" period is over, the signup fee will be $35.00.
There is a monthly maintenance fee of $10.00. Monthly charges will be
charged to either VISA, MasterCard or direct checking account debit.
Certain corporate clients may qualify for direct billing (with substantial
deposit).
