Your batch file isn't made correctly and sbbs is not reloading.  If you don't
have a Mailer, try this:

As for your problem with E-Mail, you are either directing messages to a
incorrect board number or an improper command line to load an editor and it

UPCHCK20.ZIP 47k  SBBS Utility - Complete Security system governed by
                  the number of uploads (in Kbytes).  Includes usage
                  of expiration date (if desired).  Also send msg to
                  the user to advise them of any action taken.
 
LOGCHK20.ZIP 43K  SBBS/QBBS/RA Utiliy -  What can I say, this program
                  is   r a w   p o w e r !!  Logchk  will look through
                  your bbs log file for a given (by you) string.  If
                  this string occurs  logchk  will send a msg to the
                  user informing them of the infraction.  Its' default
                  use is to inform users of abnormal disconnects but
                  it can be used in an   enhanced   mode   which allows
                  you to specify the text it sends and the   strings  it
                  searches for.  This opens it up so you can use for any
                  purpose you can dream up.  It also has a option where
                  you can send yourself messages for informational purposes.
                  Once you had it all setup, this program, all by itself
                  could save you from looking at the log file, EVERY AGAIN!!
 
SBDAY13.ZIP  50k  SBBS Door, display users Bday by month.  It also allows
                  the user to search different months to view the Birthdays.
                  AND last, but not least, it has a statistical generator
                  which will break down the birthdays into the   year/#
                  and  month/#   totals.

TopEd needs to be configured for each node with a path statment in the config.
Just make sure that you have SBBS set to create a dorinfo1.def for each node
because Toped looks for the dorinfo?.def you specify in it's config.

setup because it is so big and has so many options, but I hung in there and got
it all to work.  Now I don't logon to the bbs anymore to read mail.

:-)  I did that once for my kids and ended up with too many rabbits and my kids

Here are some modem init strings fro USR.  You will notice that some have a
S0=0 setting.  This is the standard setting for a Mailer Program that answers
the phone to determine if it is a human or a computer calling to pass mail or
to load the bbs.  When you run a bbs only, you need to change the S0=0 to S0=1
to cause it to answer the phone.  The first should be what you want, but I give
you others incase you need to experiment.
