This utility will take the FILES.BBS file listing that is in each directory    
on the SO MUCH ... series of CD-ROM's from Power User Software and output a     
listing compatible to some BBS software that doesn't use file size/dates
                                                                                
 Correct usage is:  SMSFBBS [drive:directory] [outfile]                                    
                                                                                
examples:                                                                       
                                                                                
  SMSFBBS F:\GAMES FILES.001 (would create FILES.001 in current directory)      
  SMSFBBS F:\GAMES E:\STUFF\FILES.001 (would create FILES.001 in E:\STUFF)
