8/19/91 ------- ZDCSAT version .01 ZDCSAT01.EXE is an extremely alpha version of the ZDCS BBS-AD Tracker. Operating instructions are very simple. Place ZDCSAT01.EXE in the same directory as all of the other ZDCS executables. At the DOS prompt, type ZDCSAT01 That's it. ZDCSAT will now create an ASCII text file containing the list of zip files on your BBS that contain files that you have designated BBS-Ads. The report will be named ZDCS-AD.LST. Please do NOT make ZDCSAT available for download - this is a limited release utility. Interested parties should be referred to The Hacker Central. Thanks for using ZDCS! Mike- 8/19/91 ------- ZDCSAT version .02 Andy (Keeves) made a very good suggestion for another function here. If you type ZDCSAT P at the DOS prompt, ZDCSAT will now create a .BAT file to remove the BBS Ads for you automatically. The batch file will be named ZDCSADPG.BAT, and it will be set up to echo its output to a file named ZDCSADPG.OUT. Please note that if you're not doing this as a part of your initial cleanup, there is a chance that the file location information that is stored within the ZDCS database is incorrect. For this reason, the ZDCSADPG.BAT file starts each PKZIP command with an "IF EXIST zipfilespec".
