NAME YOUR CONFIG FILE FOR THIS DOOR..."DOOR.DEF"

    The existence of a file "DOOR.DEF" is assumed, in the
    current directory.  This is a plain ASCII text file,
    with 8 lines:

    1. sysop's first name
    2. sysop's last name
    3. the path\filename of the file holding
       information about the caller -- e.g.
       C:\bbs\messages   <=== for RBBS system
       [other filetypes supported:
        CALLINFO.BBS  -- Wildcat!
        DORINFOx.DEF  -- QBBS and others
        PCBOARD.SYS   -- PCBoard 12 & 14]
    4. COM1 or COM2
    5. the BBS name running the door
    6. the path\filename for the door's scoreboard
       if your door will not HAVE a scoreboard then
       this line may be omitted from the file AND then
       you wouldn't read it below either.
    7. idle minutes allowed before "sleep disconnect"
       if no input received from user
    8. max # minutes user allowed in door
