A PROTOCOL refers to the type of modem you would like to engage in
     making your download.  Zmodem is best if you have it.  You will have
     to use the same modem (Xmodem, 1K-Xmodem, Ymodem, or Zmodem) on your
     end for making your download as you tell me here what to use to send
     it to you so that we can communicate correctly. :-)  When you see
     the program indicate that it is SENDING your file, you should then
     start your download.  You should hear a bell on your end to remind
     you to start your download.
