Starting with the January, 1993 edition of the Wine Cellar BBS List, we
will be including an secondary file.  This file will be a text file
"encyclopedia" of local Cleveland area BBS's (the same BBS's which are
on the Wine Cellar list).  Each entry in the encyclopedia will resemble
the following sample:

   on an MS-DOS 486-33 compatible with 320 megs of storage space.

   Flop offers free access to all its callers after voice validation.

   The system contains many message bases for a variety of interests.  A
   special area for the genealogy enthusist is also available.  The files
   area contains almost 2500 files all geared towards "IBM" users.
