Ž1Œ]ƒ Question:  Includes minimum and maximum length for answer.
Ž2Œ] ƒLabel:  Marks position in questionaire for GOTO below.
Ž3Œ] ƒDisplay File:  Specify TurBoard/NAPLPS/ANSI/ASCII file name to display.
        TurBoard:  <name>    where <name> is the specified name
          NAPLPS:  <name>N
            ANSI:  <name>G   (notice only one display record is needed to
           ASCII:  <name>     display files for all display types.)
Ž4Œ]ƒ Yes/No Question:  Question that only has a yes/no answer.
                     Goto's can be specified depending on the YES/NO answer.
Ž5Œ]ƒ TurBoard Command:  TurBoard command to execute.
Ž6Œ] ƒGoto:  <label>  Used to jump to the point in the questionaire specified
                   by a LABEL record.
