The following list shows all corrections made since version 5.1a was first
uploaded to Compuserve on July 15, 1992:

Changes for 5.1a to 5.1b
  1. Improve timing thru Int 08 interrupt for Disney Sound Source path.
  2. Fix repeat key handling for Grey Del key.
  3. Included Grey INS and DEL keys in Shift handling for the Learning menu.
  4. Removed generation option in the Proficiency menu and enabled the main
     menu G option.
  5. Removed all TEST??.KB files from MA since test geneation can provide
     all required practice scripts (will ship with 5 each of Novice, General,
     and Extra .KB files).
  6. Corrected dimension of ZX$ array.
  7. Doubled stack size for addition of the test generation program.
  8. Allowed wild cards in (K)eyboard Delete file function.
  9. Increased maximum number of .KB files to 144 (18 lines of 8 names).
 10. Changed delete command to also delete .TST and .KEY extentions for .KB
     generated tests.
 11. Added cursor control keys to select file to be loaded, saved or deleted
     in the (K)eyboard and (P)roficiency sessions.
 12. Made it impossible to remove the PARIS files from the .KB files so it is
     always available for timing of sending speed.

Changes from 5.1b to 5.1c
  1. Rewrite code to save screen so it uses display controller pages.  Use of
     HELP (F1 key) is now much faster.
  2. Edited ERROR61 file to include reference to generating tests as a reason
     for running out of disk/diskette space.
  3. Changed Receiving game scoring to credit for leading characters up to an
     error in a group only the first time.  This more correctly rates a student
     since he will only get points if he progress thru the group.  Repeating
     the same error in the group at the same point only counts as an error.
  4. Corrected a case in the Receiving game where the tone was sometimes
     left on when ESC terminated the session.
  5. Corrected PC hang caused when ESC is pressed when selecting color or
     monocolor monitor (instead of C or M).
  6. Added option for CCITT use of * (SK) and + (AR) to correct MA's
     non-standard usage.
  7. Added text messages for missing system files required for operation.

Changes from 5.1c to 5.1d
  1. Corrected ESC handling from S, F and C options in the Endurance menu.
  2. Changed handling upon exit from MA to return screen image as it was
     before entry.
  3. Removed unnecessary F (final speed) from (E)durance menu.
  4. Changed default option for Weighting from Random to Text.
  5. Corrected missing space after "HOW COPY?" in some generated tests 
     (e.g. 1B-3), and regenerated distributed test and keys.
  6. Simplified Option menu, Tone submenu selection for frequency
     differentiation to 0 or 20 Hz, instead of 0, 5, 10, 15, or 20 Hz.
     Made the Receiving game and Endurance sessions automatically reduce
     the frequency differentiation by steps of 2 Hz after each five
     correct answers.  Frequency differentiation is now on active for
     the Learning menu and these two session.
  7. Corrected minor problem of keyboard overrun for repeating keys in Int 15
     routine.
  8. Again fixed logic for ESC to always turn off the audio key.
  9. Corrected logic in test generation to use CCITT flag for use of * and +
     for AR or SK.
 10. Added note to CCITT.TXT to document that the deletion of this file will
     cause MA to automatically select CCITT key assignments for AR(+) and
     SK(*).
 11. Edited .TST and .KEY files so they appear more formal and may be used
     directly by VE teams for testing.
 12. Added code to turn power off on Disney Sound Source adapter when exiting
     from the program (to conserve battery life).
 13. Remove the code to set keyboard repeat rates to maximum.  (there were
     complaints that it should be reset to entry conditions, and I don't
     think that can be done).
 14. Still unconfirmed if all conditions of a program hang when using s 
     monocolor monitor system have been resolved.
