A firmware fix for the SatisFAXtion Modem/400's high speed (14.4kbps) fax
receive limitation has now been released.  To obtain the update, call our
FaxBACK Service at (800) 525-3019 and request document #0029, or call the
Intel BBS and select "Registered User Software Upgrades" from the Main
Menu. (You will need your 400 disks available to you in order to get the
update from the BBS.)  For those customers who only wish to update the
DOWNLOAD.400 file (which contains the fix for the 14.4 fax receive among
other fixes), the update (DL400.EXE) containing only the DOWNLOAD.400 file
(and README file) is available on the BBS in the File Downloads area in
Area 1 (Special Offers/Upgrades) in the SatisFAXtion Modem/400 file area.
This same file (DL400.EXE) is also available on Compuserve in Library 5.
