BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE IBN


    What are the benefits of Membership in the IBN?  Well, if you are now
    an Information Broker or can qualify as an Information Broker, then
    lets look at some.

       The primary focus for the Information Brokers Network is to
       assist Member Hosts with contacts, and sources, within the National
       and International community of information providers and information
       seekers. This can be of benefit to you as follows:

           1.  Expand your prospect and customer base from your local
               area to include National and International areas.

           2.  Use the association of Member Hosts to produce additional
               information and/or services resources for the improvement of
               your broker business.

           3.  One of the basic problems that need overcoming in this
               business is the education of clients and prospects as to
               exactly what services can an information Broker provide and
               why does the prospect need those services. As an Association
               of Brokers interested in solving this problem, we can
               combine our efforts from an individual effort to joint
               efforts coordinated through the Network hub.

           4.  The Network Hub will maintain files, only accessible by
               Member Hosts, with information containing sources and
               resources for finding and developing information databases.
               It has been estimated that there currently exists well
               over 10,000 information databases worldwide.

           5.  Joint marketing and sales efforts can be effectuated between
               Member Hosts to the advantage of each Host.

           6.  The Network Hub will function as a clearinghouse for
               information and resources.

           7.  Businesses that are looking for information and/or services
               in other than their own local areas can electronically
               connect with any Host and or the Network Hub, indicating the
               information and services needed, and Member Hosts can meet
               the needs of those businesses as required.

           8.  Many times a large business will need a variety of services
               and information. Consequently, joint ventures can be
               conducted by Member Hosts.

           9.  Accurate and up to date market research can be exchanged
               between Member Hosts for the benefit of each other.

           10. Member Hosts will be in a good position to provide after sale
               services for clients and customers.

           11. Exchanges of information between Member Hosts about product
               and/or services needs within their own area.

           12. Member Hosts can provide services in linking like businesses
               in differing geographic areas to their benefit and advantage.

           13. Exporters and Importers can be matched up by Member Hosts
               through the IBN Network.

           14. Member Hosts can act as Agent for companies outside of Member
               Hosts area by providing information and/or services on
               behalf of the client company.

           15. Member Hosts can provide Regulatory contact services for
               clients in areas afar.

           16. Member Hosts can provide international exchange rates for
               prospective clients.

           17. Member Hosts can arrange pool shipments for clients.

           18. Sales leads for clients can be provided by Member Hosts 
               within their own areas.

           19. Real time communications can be effectuated by Member
               Hosts for clients in other geographic areas, nationally,
               and internationally.

           20. Member Hosts are in a position to provide services in
               disseminating Requests For Proposals from Governmental
               Agencies and other industries that operate in a similar
               manner. Member Hosts can act in either capacity or both.

           21. Member Hosts can network with each other on business ideas,
               business transactions, and all other networking subjects.

           22. Member Hosts can educate one another in the nature of trade
               in their areas.
