For non-standard comm ports you will need to set
                   an enviroment string similiar to the following:

                          COMM 1 --> SET COMBASE=1016
                                     SET COMRIQ=4
                          COMM 2 --> SET COMBASE=760
                                     SET COMRIQ=3
                          COMM 3 --> SET COMBASE=1000
                                     SET COMRIQ=4
                          COMM 4 --> SET COMBASE=744
                                     SET COMRIQ=3
