In spite of what the manual says BiModem CAN be used as an external
protocol with QModem.
The first thing you have to do is select a hotkey for BiMenu.
This is done by invoking QModem and hitting Alt/J to define funmction keys
Type 1 for normal function keys and cursopr to a key
Type @shellx BiMenu
Hit F10 and then ESC
 
In QModem hit Alt/N to configure
In the external protocols select "1" as the protocol key
Select "BiModemd.bat" for the download batch file
Select "BiModemu.bat" for the upload batch file
 
Before logging on hit your "HOTKEY" (mine is F3) and select "M"
to Mark uploads from your drive.
Log onto QModem and go to the "FILES" section
Hit "CTRL M" to select the files you want to download
At the main Menu select UPLOAD a file
Select "1" as the protocol
PageUp
Delete the last "\" on the screen and BiModem should rock and roll.
