CVR and CVQ are to be used to convert your configuration files to an areas.bbs.

CVR is for Remote Access and uses messages.ra. Must be run from the RA dir.

CVQ is for QuickBBS and uses the config.bbs. Must be run from the QuickBBS dir.

Syntax -

Remote Access - CVR filename.ext
QuickBBS      - CVQ filename.ext
