SFQSET v1.0 from Bob Zimmerman and MetaSys

This utility is a small util to either include or exclude a
message confernece from your users Queued Conferences.

Simply run SFQSET from your Work directory. It will ask for the
conference number you want to change and whether you want to
add or delete the confernece from "everyone's" queue.

Then it will run through the entire user file and modify all
users accordingly.
