Drive Geometry is a program that will query the system via the 
DosDevIOCtl category 0x09 function 0x63 call.  This program gives
its output via the console and return value.

So if the console output is:

Number of cylinders          = 293
Number of heads              = 16
Number of sectors per track  = 63

The return value for the program would be 1250103F.  This is broken
up in the following way.

	Cylinders	Heads	Sectors Per Track
	125		010	3F
