You are encouraged to register this program.
 
1. As shareware, it is given to you for the purpose of allowing
   you to try it out to see if you will find it useful. If it is not 
   something you are going to find much use for, it doesn't cost 
   you anything. But if you continue to use the program, you are 
   violating the agreement.

2. If you register, you get a validation key number to enter, which 
   completes the registration of the program. After registration, you
   will notice that the startup message says "REGISTERED Owner:"
   followed by your name if you so choose.

3. Your registration also provides me with an incentive to write
   more useful programs to improve your productivity.

4. Support is provided to registered users either online using
   GEnie or DELPHI, or via US mail.

5. Periodic notice of significant upgrades will be sent to each
   registered user.

6. Some of my programs are distributed with a "Counted Use" 
   registration incentive. The 2nd line of the startup message
   will say "UNREGISTERED Evaluation Copy.  Counted Use." This
   message may not be visible until after the program has run.
   This means that after some preset number of uses, typically
   20 to 40, the program will stop working. The evaluation time
   is up. If the words "Counted Use" do not appear, you will be
   reminded about every 10 times that this is shareware, and
   registration is expected.

7. Upgrade policy: If you obtain an upgraded version of any software
   title listed on the registration form, which you have previously
   registered, you can obtain the validation key number for the new 
   version for the minimum flat fee of $5.00. See REG.FRM.   

By entering your validation number, you convert the program to
a registered program. This is done by using one of the "Help"
screens. You select "R: Register by entering Validation number"
from the menu. If the number is correct, you will be asked to
enter your name for display each time it runs. If, at any time,
you wish to revise your name as it appears when the program runs:

   Go to the same screen & select "R" again. You do not need to
   re-enter the validation number. Just hit the "Enter" or "Return"
   key, and the validation number remains unchanged. You are then
   shown the current name which you may edit. If you do no editing
   and just hit "Enter", the name remains unchanged.
  
If for any reason, you get error messages about reading or writing
the .CFG file, it may be that the file is write protected, or
may have been damaged. It is safe for you to delete the .CFG file,
which is in the same directory as the .EXE file. The next time
the program is run it will create a new .CFG file. You may then
re-enter the validation number as described above.

If you order a disk from me, and it arrives damaged, it will be 
replaced at my expense if you notify me within 10 days of receipt.

including but not limited to damage to hardware and/or software from
the use of this product. Under no circumstances will I be liable for
any damages,lost profits or incidental or consequential damages
arising from your use or inability to use the program.
