TIME_IT.EXE is a simple timer for comparing the execution times of small
programs or DOS commands.  It is a 'second' timer and not meant for long
durations of time.

Syntax:
        TIME_IT [command] [paramater] [paramater]...

Example:
        TIME_IT RFF C:\WINDOWS .INI /T-06/07/92

        TIME_IT DIR C:\WINDOWS\*.INI

        time_it chkdsk e:
