This is an add-on DLL to SmartCat Plus, CIS:WINSHARE LIB 2 SMTCAT.ZIP
This DLL is designed to enable SmartCat Plus to analyse the content of
.CAT files drawn from Compuserve, and return the files in a CompuServe
forum library as "internal files" of the .CAT catalog file, and as the
comment associated with each the short description of the file.

If distribution to BBSs, this file name should be SCCISEXT.ZIP.
